Amy Julia Becker, Author of A Good and Prefect Gift (Bethany House Press) will be at St. Mark's on April 28, 2012 at 1PM. She will talk on matters of faith and disability, answer questions, and sign copies of her book.
Her essays have appeared in The New York Times, First Things, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Hartford Courant, The Christian Century, Christianity Today, and Books and Culture. She is a regular contributor to her.meneutics, and she blogs at Thin Places.
A Good and Prefect Gift was named one of the Top Ten Religion Books of 2011 by Publisher's Weekly, and it won a Christopher Award.
