VENDOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest to participate as a Vendor at the St. Mark’s Craft Fair on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 10:00am to 4:00pm. Set up will take place 8:00am to 9:45am. Kindly submit Vendor Application with payment no later than October 7, 2023.
St. Mark’s Craft Fair will be held in our Parish Hall, and other portions of the church building, depending on the total number of Vendors participating. Signs will be posted around the building, to make sure all Vendors are visited by our shoppers.
Vendors can park temporarily to unload their vehicles starting at 8:00am on South Finley Avenue outside of the Parish Hall door – see map attached. Once unloaded, kindly move your vehicle so other Vendors can unload as well, since space is limited. Vendors can park anywhere on the street, please be aware of spots with time restrictions. We appreciate if vendors would keep the lot behind St. Mark’s opened for our shoppers.
This is an indoor event. There is no rain date and the only reason for cancellation is due to severely icy or snowy weather conditions. Vendors will be notified the night before the event if cancellation is necessary.
At this time, unfortunately, we can only take payment via check. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refunds will only be given if the fair must be cancelled by St. Mark’s Coordinators. We ask that all Vendors stay for the duration of the craft fair.
St. Mark’s Church, all of its employees, representatives & coordinators, will not be held responsible for liability damage, loss or theft.
St. Mark’s Church will provide tables and chairs. You will be assigned your space number following the application deadline.
If electrical outlet access is requested, Vendors must provide their own power cord. All cords must be safely secured (taped down, if necessary), so they do not present a tripping hazard.
St. Mark’s Craft Fair Coordinators reserve the right ask a Vendor to remove any items that are deemed inappropriate.
No more than 3 vendors for any one type of product will be allowed to register for this event, this will be determined by St. Mark’s Craft Fair Coordinators. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we cannot accept your application, based on the number of Vendors with your craft, we will advise and return your application/payment.
We intend to advertise this event through St. Mark’s website, Facebook & Instagram Pages, monthly newsletters, other social media pages, local signs, and fliers. You can email 2-3 photos, PDF of your business card or website link for advertising purposes. If you wish your information to be included in our advertising, please return your application by October 7, 2023.

MAP FOR VENDOR UNLOADING AND PARKING:
- Vendors may park to unload outside the Parish Hall on S. Finley Avenue. Kindly move vehicles after unloading, so other vendors can unload as well, since there is limited space in front of the church.
- You can park along any of the streets, just be aware if there are time limits in some of the spots along S. Finley, so you do not get a parking ticket. You can park on Lewis Street along side church.
- Kindly leave the lot behind the church available for shoppers. Thank you.
